Terms of Service

By signing in to or using finch, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use finch. If you use finch for a company or other organization, you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms for it.

You must be at least 16 years old to use finch. finch is meant for professional use: writing posts for your own LinkedIn presence or your work.

finch is a drafting assistant. It interviews you to build a persona, then uses AI to write LinkedIn post drafts in your voice. You choose what to keep, edit and post. finch never signs in to LinkedIn and never posts for you. You copy posts and publish them yourself.

finch is in early access. Features may change, be added or be removed, and the service may sometimes be unavailable. We may stop offering finch at any time. If we do, we will try to give you notice.

You sign in with your Google account. Keep that account secure, and tell us if you think someone else has used your finch account. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

Your content is what you put into finch (interview answers, writing samples, imported LinkedIn posts and ideas) and the drafts finch writes for you. You own your content. We do not claim ownership of it.

You give us a limited permission to store, process and send your content to our service providers, only as needed to run finch for you. This permission ends when your content is deleted, except for copies we must keep to comply with the law.

You confirm you have the right to give us your content, and that it does not break anyone else's rights.

finch uses AI to write drafts. AI can be wrong. A draft may contain mistakes, claims that are not true, or wording that does not fit you. You are responsible for reading every draft, checking its facts and deciding whether to post it. What you post is your own speech.

We do not promise any result from using finch, such as more followers, reach, engagement, leads or sales. Other users may get similar drafts, since AI output is not always unique.

When you use finch, you agree not to:

• Create or post content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful or deceptive.
• Infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights.
• Pretend to be someone else, or import a LinkedIn profile that is not yours without permission.
• Use finch to break LinkedIn's terms or policies, including its rules on spam and automation.
• Scrape, copy, reverse engineer or resell finch, or use it to build a competing product, except where the law allows it.
• Overload, probe or attack finch, get around its limits or security, or access other users' data.
• Use automated means to access finch, other than the app itself.

finch is free during early access. We do not collect any payment. We may introduce paid plans later. If we do, we will tell you in advance, and you will not be charged unless you choose a paid plan.

You can stop using finch at any time. To delete your account and data, email us at yousuf.khan@loudlogics.com.

We may suspend or close your account if you break these terms, if your use puts finch or other people at risk, or if we stop offering finch. Where reasonable, we will tell you first. Sections that by their nature should continue after your account ends, such as ownership, disclaimers, limits of liability and indemnity, will continue.

finch is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including that finch will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose, or that drafts will be accurate.

To the extent the law allows, LoudLogics will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or reputation, arising from your use of finch or anything you post. Our total liability for any claim about finch is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for finch in the 12 months before the claim, or 50 US dollars.

Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.

If someone makes a claim against us because of content you posted or your breach of these terms, you agree to cover our reasonable costs and losses from that claim, to the extent the law allows.

We may update these terms. We will change the effective date above, and if a change is significant, we will tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect. If you keep using finch after that, you accept the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Pakistan, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
